Aviary Collection
The Aviary Collection was born out of creative collaboration. Desiring to apply the unique culinary approach by Grant Achatz to the bar, he and Martin Kastner sought to transform the guest experience. The designs in this collection unify the connection between the chef, food, diner, and art.
