Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused, new, and saleable condition. As soon as we have received the returned items, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your order.
We cannot refund shipping charges on returns with the exception of returns due to manufacturing defects.
In case you find that an item delivered by us to you is defective you should contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order.
