Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused, new, and saleable condition. Please include the order number. As soon as we receive the returned items and confirm the requirements above are met, we will refund your order.
We cannot refund shipping charges on returns with the exception of returns due to manufacturing defects.
In case you find an item delivered by us to you is defective, contact Customer Service as soon as possible with a formal complaint to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case a product has been damaged during transportation, other deviations in the delivery or the number of items or the product model delivered is not correct with your order.
