In the run-up to this year’s holiday season, we decided to focus our Porthole recipe development efforts on vodka’s versatility. A number of iterations later, we emerged with 8 very simple, delicious recipes spanning a wide range of qualities from rich, dark Mocha Liqueur to a luscious Mediterranean Mule or smoky, sweet, and spicy Pineapple Guajillo. Most of the infusions we developed are longer term in nature, best infused for a week or longer. They undergo a significant transformation during that time - often surprising us long after we expected them to pass their peak. We’ll be releasing the recipes throughout the coming months.
